What is a mood tracker?
A mood tracker is a page in your bullet journal that allows you to visualize how you feel through the month. It’s a collection of small images or drawings that you fill out every day. At the end of the month, you can see what triggered a specific feeling or thought.

A simple and easy fall theme. You can quickly draw the tree and start filling it out. I recommend using the thin side of the Twintone markers or Pilot G2 pens. You have to let the ink in the G2 pens dry before closing the notebook to prevent smudging.
How about a combination of feelings and thoughts? The spread below is a beautiful way to see how you feel through the day. I recommend creating a notes page on the right side to write down what specific action triggered that emotion.
