Why settle with the same mood tracker spread when you can create something unique and different every month? The spreads are not in order. I made sure to include elaborated spreads and minimalist spreads. Underneath each image, I included the Instagram URL for the creator of each mood tracker.
What is a mood tracker?
A mood tracker is a page in your bullet journal that allows you to visualize how you feel through the month. It’s a collection of small images or drawings that you fill out every day. At the end of the month, you can see what triggered a specific feeling or thought.
