This habit tracker can be used on any planner or bullet journal. At the bottom right of the printables, you will find 4 tracking options: sleep, work, study, and exercise. I also included time frames and 31 days of the month (depending on the month you are working on).

Bullet Journal Habit Tracker – PDF:
The left side of the spread has 31 numbers, one for each day of the month. The hours in the top row start from 6 am to 1 am. Keep in mind I added printables with blank hours, that way you can personalize the spread to your own working schedule.
