My First Blog Post and Why I started Blogging

In the future, I want to search for my first blog post to remind myself why I’m started it. English is my second language, so this post might have a couple of comma splices. As of right now, I feel like my soul is missing inspiration and determination.

Hi! My name is Jenniffer (yes, with two fs. Thanks, dad! <3). I am a dreamer, positive, happy, determined, beautiful, intelligent, independent and inspiring woman (When someone asks me what do I think are my best qualities, I always think of those. Every woman should praise and think the best of herself). I have a wonderful, thoughtful, and loving boyfriend, his name is Ricardo. We have been together for 5 years and I still see him and feel as if I just meet him yesterday. Even when I write this post I feel butterflies in my stomach when I think of him (<3). I love to read history, romantic, and inspiring books. I want to either become a pediatrician or a veterinarian. This is the main reason why I started to write this blog. Over summer, I took a class about Hitler and Stalin (I’m a huge history lover). One of the books that I had to read was “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor Frankl. He was a firm believer of logotherapy. His book touched my soul and made me wonder about God (slowly, I have stopped believing in him) and what do I really want my life to be. Do I really want to be a pediatrician or a veterinarian?

Why I started this blog:

Over summer, I took a class about Hitler and Stalin (I’m a huge history lover). One of the books that I had to read was “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor Frankl. He was a firm believer of logotherapy, writing as a therapy. His book touched my soul and made me wonder about God (over time, I stopped believing in him) and what do I really want to do with my life. Do I really want to be a pediatrician or a veterinarian? Will I ever become a pediatrician or veterinarian? Do I have what it takes?

I am hoping that by writing my thoughts and feelings, my soul will find an answer.
