1. Valentine’s Day Bullet Journal Spreads
Let’s start with bullet journal spreads for Valentine’s day! A simple and elegant February bullet journal theme would be hearts. It does not have to be fancy, all you need to do is trace a couple of lines around the page and add hearts. The following images are some examples of the spreads you can create won your planner:
I created a similar effect on my digital bullet journal. Mine was a little more colorful with a spring theme. At the bottom left, I added a box for the weekend instead of adding it to the week.
Use any marker that you have at home to draw the hearts, with a black pen trace hearts over the markers to create a beautiful 3D effect on the page. I highly suggest drawing the hearts outside of the marker to make the page have a natural look.
The image below if an example of how you can use the same hearts to create a weekly spread for the week of Valentine’s day or for the month of February.
The bottom images are other examples of how you can create a festive and original February bullet journal theme using lines and hearts.
The following February bullet journal spreads fall into the Valentine’s day theme but instead of using only hearts, they added a couple of other elements on the page.
2. Flower Bullet Journal Spreads
If hearts are not your thing, how about a couple of flowers to create a romantic theme on your bullet journal?
Here is another theme with red flowers. You can use flower stickers in the corners or you can find some flower images on Google and trace over the outline of the flowers to transfer them to your planner. Check out this tutorial to learn more!
The images below are a minimalist approach to the regular red or pink flowers. You can use flower stamps or simply hand-draw the flowers around the page and use a gold pen to add a little bit of accent to the page.
The following images are examples of how you can use flowers in different styles to create a nice February bullet journal spread.
3. Sky and Lights Bullet Journal Spreads
Another popular February bullet journal spread themes are the sky, lights, and kites. The images below showcase how you can create a minimalist and girly layout by adding a couple of elements to the page.
This sky layout is one of my favorites! The design is minimalist but the touch of a blue color adds a wonderful contrast to the black and white theme. Below the image, you can see how you can use the same pattern to create a minimalist weekly spread.
The next images are all about lanterns and lights.
4. Geometrical Bullet Journal Spreads
If you want to spice up your February theme, try geometrical shapes. The images below are some amazing examples of how to use shapes to create a great February cover page.
