My favorite brush pens are the Tombow dual brush pens. You can use the small tip of the brush to trace over the letters and the long side of the brush to add color to the inside of the words. To draw a thick line put pressure on the brush and to draw a thin line put less pressure on the brush pen.

COLORS OF THE RAINBOW HAND LETTERING PRACTICE WORKSHEETS – PROCREATE
If you are afraid of making mistakes, I recommend practicing lettering on the iPad with the Procreate app. I use the iPad pro and the apple pencil. The apple pencil is pressure sensitive which makes hand lettering on the iPad a breeze!
Follow the instructions on this tutorial to learn how to use the Procreate app to practice hand lettering. My favorite brush bundle to use for iPad lettering is the Procreate Mega Bundle. Other awesome places to find brushes for the Procreate app are the Creative Market and The Hungry JPEG. Make sure to always create a new layer before you start working on the printables.
Other awesome apps to try with these practice sheets:
- MediBang Paint (available for Android and Apple devices)
- Sketchable (available for Windows and Apple devices)
- Concepts (available for Windows and Apple devices)
- Sketches Pro
- Adobe Draw
