10 Amazing June Bullet Journal Themes
Let’s start with some beautiful flowers and a dutch door. This spread by junnisunxiaomei is one of my favorites! The pink and the green create such an elegant style on the page.
The goal of sharing spreads from other artists is to inspire you to create something similar with your own personal touch. Don’t copy the spread word-for-word, instead use spreads to mix and match. Take something from one spread and mix it with another.
How about a minimalist spread by keletters? Grab three markers and one black pen. Start drawing rough drafts of three simple spreads you would like to create on your bullet journal. The highlighters she is using are the Midliners which are very popular in the bullet journal and studygram community.
Have fun creating the spreads and keep it simple. Sometimes too much color or trying to create an elaborate weekly spread takes more time than actually getting your goals done.
If you never know what to draw, go with fruits! These spreads are so colorful and fun to create. I love how the pink background mixes with the floating fruit.
You don’t need to saturate the page with a lot of elements. Bujotrulla did an amazing job adding strawberries to the top and bottom of the page to create a beautiful spread.
Blueberry is another fruit that is easy to draw and is gender-neutral. I know some bullet journal spreads are too girly and pink for some people. I thought this blueberry spread was a perfect way to showcase a simple theme for June.
For my blog’s weekly spreads, I often draw ideas from Instagram. I see other artists’ designs and try to create a unique spread base on the elements I see on Instagram. Never copy another artist’s work, instead draw inspiration from their creation to make something unique and colorful.
You can never go wrong with butterflies! If there is ever a moment in life where you don’t know what to draw, go with a butterfly theme. They are so beautiful and easy to draw.

June is all about summer! How about assembling a complex and unique spread with an ocean theme? Check out the unique mermaid/ocean spread junnisunxiaomei created last year. I love the complexity and extravagant technique.
You can never go wrong with flowers or plants! These spreads with hanging plants by bulletwithe are so pretty. You can even choose two or three different shades of green to create a captivating gradient effect on the page.
Staying on the topic of plants, did you know the flowers bujoforstars drew are called Hibiscus? I see them everywhere here in Florida and I had about their history.
The species’ name is called the Rose of China. It is believed to have originated from India and each color has a unique meaning. The yellow hibiscus represents happiness, sunshine, and good luck. The red hibiscus represents love and passion. Pink hibiscus represents friendship.
Another fun and creative spread to draw are cactus! You can draw them in so many different ways and shapes. Choose one color and use different shades of the same color to create a beautiful contrast on the cover page.
Feathers are a little bit more tricky to draw but they look so elegant and beautiful! I love the combination of pink and green. Each feather has a unique design, when you put them together they look so sleek and chic!
