My Art Digital Bullet Journal Planner
How I decorate my digital bullet journal planner layouts. Last year I created my digital bullet journal planner using my blog printables. This year, I decided to draw on my digital planner to preserve the beauty of writing in a two-page notebook.
To draw on the planner I used the iPad pro, apple pencil, and the Notability app. I know other people prefer to use the Goodnotes app, but I personally prefer the Notability app as it gives me the freedom to rotate and resize my drawings. The GoodNotes app is great for digital stickers or clipart images, but it is not the best for drawing.

Digital Bullet Journal Planner – Index:
On the left side of the page, I decided to add my favorite picture of my fiance and I, the background of the pictures makes the page stand out in such a beautiful way. I hand-drew the white text and the drawings around the picture using the Notability app. The page on the right is the index of my planner. The quote says:
“Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice, but falling in love with you I had no control over.” – Teresa Conroy
All the 100 pages in the planner are hyperlinked (clickable). Which means that if I click on any of the numbers of the image below, those numbers will take me to a specific page on the planner.
Key:
I added a couple of green leaves to the key title to give the page a little bit of color. All the pages on this planner have a hyperlinked index at the bottom right, that way I can easily go back to the index and choose a different page.
Art Digital Bullet Journal – Quotes:
Every week, based on how I’m feeling, I write down a quote on these pages. I love writing them in different colors to give the page a rainbow effect. At the end of the month, I like to re-read the quotes to inspire myself and to reflect on my feelings.
Currently Reading:
On the left page, I added my favorite reading printable. On the right page, I wrote down the names of the books and authors that I want to read or that I’m currently reading.
Using the highlighter tool in the Notability app, I added the red and yellow dots on the right page to match with the lights banner of the printable.
Currently Watching:
These two pages were hand-drawn. On the right page, I wrote down the number of episodes each series has, when I finish watching an episode I color code the episode with a specific color. I tried to make the left page girly by adding the stars and the blushing cheeks.
Gratitude Log:
I created this gratitude log to remind myself that there is always something good in a bad day. Every night I write down one good thing that happened to me that day or something I’m thankful for. When you are thankful for the smallest things in life, you will attract more positive things into your life.
About Me:
This printable wasn’t included in my previous digital planner. From A – Z, I wrote down 26 facts about me. Letter Z was a nice way to end the about me alphabet.
I’m still thinking about what to draw or add to the right page.
Monthly:
I love the way this page turned out. On the left page, I wanted to write the name of the month with beautiful letters and the calendar at the bottom of the month. On the right page, I write all the things that I need to do, but things that don’t have a specific deadline.
Weekly To-Dos:
I love the feather days of the week. On these two pages, I write down everything that I need to do during that week.
My Setup for The Month of August:
I decided to track my favorite moments and memories on a calendar view layout. The quote says:
“When you are struggling with something, look at all the people around you and realize that every single person you see is struggling with something, and to them, it’s just as hard as what you are going through.” – Nicholas Sparks (Dear John)
This month I using a blue theme for my weekly to-dos.
October Layout:
I forgot to use my digital planner for the month of September, but I started using it again for the month of October. The theme for my October layout were the colors red and black.
You can find these cute heart days of the week stickers here.
