My October Digital Planner Layout – Video:
On the video, I show you how I set up my monthly spread for the month of October. Through the video, I stop a couple of times to explain how to change the color of the stickers in the Procreate app.
My October digital planner layout starts on page 74, but I still want to show you how I fill out the index of the planner through the year.
For my next planner, I’m going to type the content in the index instead of handwriting it. Typing the content will make the pages look presentable and organized.
My Favorite Quotes:
I’m currently listening to the book Born a Crime by Trevor Noah. This book made me laugh and touched my heart a couple of times. For the month of October, I choose this quote from the book:
“Relationships are built in the silences. You spend time with people, you observe them and interact with them, and you come to know them – and that is what apartheid stole from us: time.” – Trevor Noah, Born a Crime: Stories From a South African Childhood.
I love how the word October looks 3D on the page. I use the cover page to write down my thoughts and anything that might be over-thinking through the month.
I noticed that when I write down my worries, I complain less and it help me focus on what is important at the moment. You can find the stickers I used on this spread here.
These two pages are my favorites from the whole October layout. I’m going to use the left page to keep track of the things I need to do through the week. On the right page, I can easily keep track of my workouts, mood tracker, and weekly reminders.
In the video above, I explain how you can easily change the color of the stickers using the Procreate app.
Savings Tracker & Gratitude Log:
I’m slowly filling up my savings jar with different patterns. On the right page, I want to write down what I’m thankful for through the day. Whenever I feel down or whenever I catch myself complaining, I start using my gratitude log to change my negative thoughts.
100 Things that Make Me Happy:
October is my birthday month! In the 100 things that make me happy printable, I’m going to add pictures and words that bring a lot of joy to my heart.
Draft – October Digital Planner Layout
Before I start designing my monthly spreads, I always create a rough draft of how I want my layouts to look like. I want my readers to know that digital planning and bullet journaling are not perfect. Creating a draft will help you visualize your ideas.
