To force Facebook and Twitter to show an image that you want:
Scroll down until you see the Yoast SEO box. Click on the sharing option tool.
Add the title that you want to use, a description, and the picture that you want. Click update!
If the image that you want doesn’t show after you click update, use Debugger to force it to show the image.
